Job Summary:

The Delivery Truck Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of construction materials, tools, and equipment to customers, project sites, and company branches. This role ensures that all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule while maintaining vehicle safety, load security, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:1. Delivery and Transportation

  • Operate company trucks to deliver construction supplies such as cement, steel, lumber, tiles, pipes, and hardware items.
  • Review delivery schedules and routes for efficiency and timeliness.
  • Load and unload materials safely, ensuring goods are properly secured and protected during transport.
  • Obtain delivery confirmations, customer signatures, and proof-of-delivery documents.

2. Vehicle Operation and Maintenance

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.
  • Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the assigned truck.
  • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.

3. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and mileage reports.
  • Verify delivery quantities and materials against invoices or dispatch orders.
  • Submit delivery receipts, fuel records, and related documents after each trip.

4. Customer and Team Coordination

  • Deliver materials courteously and professionally to clients and site personnel.
  • Communicate delivery status, route issues, or customer concerns to the logistics team.
  • Assist warehouse staff with loading, unloading, and organizing materials when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
