Job Description:

The Recruitment Assistant supports the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding. They work closely with other recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience, while helping maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess Security Personnel suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between Security Personnel candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are documented.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and inform other recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of referral programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, ability to assists others.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work, accurate and attentive to detail.
  • Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas based.
