Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of construction materials, tools, and equipment to customers, project sites, and company branches. This role ensures that all deliveries are completed according to schedule while maintaining excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and proper handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:1. Delivery Operations

  • Load, transport, and deliver construction supplies such as cement, steel bars, lumber, tiles, pipes, and tools to designated locations.
  • Verify delivery instructions, routes, and schedules before departure.
  • Ensure the safe and secure handling of all materials during loading, transit, and unloading.
  • Obtain delivery receipts, customer signatures, and other proof-of-delivery documents.

2. Vehicle Care & Maintenance

  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure proper function, cleanliness, and roadworthiness.
  • Report any vehicle defects, maintenance needs, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Follow all company and traffic safety regulations at all times.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and fuel usage reports.
  • Ensure that all delivery paperwork is completed and submitted promptly.
  • Assist in verifying delivery quantities against invoices or dispatch orders.

4. Customer Service

  • Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries.
  • Communicate any delivery delays, issues, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
  • Represent the company positively when dealing with clients and site personnel.

5. Warehouse Support (as needed)

  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials at the warehouse or customer sites.
  • Help organize and secure materials in the storage area.
  • Support warehouse operations during downtime or when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
