  • Oversee the operations of his designated area cluster.

  • Communicate with the Production Manager and other Lead Man the status of all plant activities during and immediately before and after shift assignment.
  • Ensure the safety condition of all areas of the plant.
  • Ensure that environmental requirements are attained at all times.
  • Oversee plant receipts and conduct of haulers and other site contractors
  • Ensure the assigned area/s equipment and tools are accounted for and in proper working condition
  • Report to Production Manager for required calibration, repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.
  • Monitor records of inventory, production process activities and output, raw materials and chemical usage and daily submission of the records to Production and Inventory Supervisor and identify actions associated with the replacement.
  • Designate workload to production personnel and instruct in the activities of the facility standard procedures in treatment of wastes for the areas.
  • Active participation in Emergency Response as part of the first strike team.
  • Coordinate and communicate site security issue.
  • Ensure that all regular and project workers and people entering areas of responsibility are wearing the required PPE based on treatment procedures
  • Prepare and submit written report to Production Manager or Production Supervisor any incidents or issues happening in the area on the same day.
  • To know and understand the AWSI Code of Conduct and report all subordinates who are violating the code of conduct.
  • And other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
