E-Commerce Administrative & Fulfillment Assistant

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and reliable E-commerce Administrative & Fulfillment Assistant to support the Concierge and Ecommerce Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of our online business.

This role ensures that every order made through is processed smoothly — from confirmation to dispatch — and that every customer receives the warm, thoughtful service that Bizu is known for.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel, Shopify, and basic reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask under time pressure.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
