Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Studies, Science & Technology, or any related field.
  • With 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Essential Job Functions

  • Receives and transmits documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before forwarding to appropriate approvers.
  • Prepares Request for Payment (RFPur) for service providers such as couriers and telecom companies.
  • Maintains tenant records through accurate encoding and proper filing (both soft and hard copies).
  • Processes job order forms from tenants by coordinating with the Property Manager for scheduling and forwarding to Accounting for billing.
  • Records and encodes tenant utility usage data for Accounting's billing reference.
  • Provides logistical support for department meetings, including booking rooms and arranging meals.
  • Takes minutes of meetings, particularly during Operations Reports.
  • Canvases and procures office, pantry, and housekeeping supplies as needed.
  • Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.
