Minimum Requirements
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has experience in doing first aid and handling ERT (Emergency Response Team).
- Has related work experience relevant to the job
Essential Job Functions
- Supervises and coordinates all engineering activities involving construction, building maintenance, and safety within his/her area.
- Ensure that electrical, mechanical, and civil structures conform to established engineering standards and perform related functions.
- Ensure the continuous operation of systems and facilities to ensure safe and efficient delivery to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for properly upkeeping the building equipment and promptly implementing the facilities' preventive maintenance programs.
- Assists the Building Admin Officer in monitoring the safety programs and compliance with government regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the building. He or she is also responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the technical facilities.
- Canvases materials and supplies needed for the building.
- Process material and service requests through NAV.
- Responsible for supervising all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation.
- Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. He/she is also responsible for their performance evaluation.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager or Asset Manager.
- Maintain updated records of leases, contracts, billing, permits, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the collection and monitoring of rental payments, utilities, and association dues.
- Help ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and local ordinances (e.g., fire safety, BIR/SEC permits).
- Monitor property expenses and assist in budget preparation.
- Schedule and document regular property inspections and tenant meetings.
- All other related tasks as required.
