Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Accounting Associate to support the Finance Division. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of accounting processes while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls while supporting audits.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related field; CPA is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
