Senior Accounting Associate Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any business-related course. CPA license is a plus.

  2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field or position is required.

  3. Knowledgeable in accounting procedures, good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel and attentive to details.

  4. With knowledge and experience in accounting systems or any accounting software such as SAP, MYOB or quick books.

  5. Knowledgeable in the accounting cycle and accounting processes.

  6. Knowledgeable in banking cycle and transactions.

  7. Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.

  8. With strong analytical skills

  9. Willing to be trained and grow with the Company.

  10. Has a good moral character and office etiquette.

  11. Can start immediately.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and monitor receivables and collections of the Company.

  2. Prepare and monitor disbursement from invoices to check preparation.

  3. Encode and updating of transactions to accounting system.

  4. Prepare and monitor the schedule of accounts in the financial statements.

  5. Prepare monthly financial statements.

  6. Monitor and review contract documentation and filings.

  7. Point of contact of with other departments, customers, suppliers and government agencies, if needed.

  8. Assist the Finance Manager in the financial reporting.

  9. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing audit schedules during audit.

  10. Other tasks that may be assigned.
