Position Overview

We are looking for a Fine Dining Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing a high-level operation.

You will be involved in both execution and creative development, not just daily service.

This role is for chefs who have already worked in structured, detail-driven, fine dining kitchens and want to elevate further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in running daily service and operations
  • Ensure consistency in plating, taste, and execution
  • Supervise and train the kitchen brigade with a fine dining mentality
  • Assist in menu development, tastings and R&D
  • Maintain organization, timing, and discipline during service
  • Food cost control and waste management
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards
  • Take full control of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in fine dining kitchens
  • Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Strong background in Italian cuisine or European fine dining
  • Excellent sense of organization, precision, and timing
  • Leadership mindset and calm under pressure
  • Deep respect for technique, ingredients, and detail
  • Willing to grow with a serious long-term project
