We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef with overseas culinary experience, to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of professional experience in fast-paced, high-standard kitchens and demonstrate strong leadership, food cost, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and take charge in their absence
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene
  • Monitor and control food costs, portioning, and wastage
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Assist in menu planning, food sourcing, and supplier coordination
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
  • Implement and enforce health & safety and food hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Sous Chef or similar role
  • Proven international work experience (overseas) in reputable kitchens or better fine dining level
  • Strong knowledge of food costing and inventory control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
