Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time with 1-hour unpaid break

Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact across multiple marketing channels while shaping the future growth of the brand. You'll get hands-on experience in email marketing, affiliates, social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives, with the chance to take ownership of projects and grow into a specialist role as the company scales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing – Plan, create, and optimize email campaigns, including advanced segmentation, lifecycle flows, personalized content, A/B testing, and brand-led content.
  • Affiliate Marketing – Manage day-to-day operations, build and maintain partnerships, source new affiliates, manage offers and codes, and support growth of the affiliate network.
  • Social & Influencers – Coordinate TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates; oversee TikTok Lives; identify trends; and ensure regular content production to drive awareness and sales.
  • Campaigns & Promotions – Assist in setting up and coordinating campaigns across channels to maximize impact.
  • Research & Insights – Conduct research projects (e.g., bench marking) to support strategy and campaign planning.
  • Brand-Building – Support initiatives such as partnerships, PR, sponsorships, and major influencer collaborations to grow visibility and credibility.
  • Creative Support – Create social content, source creatives, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing across email, affiliates, and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, comfortable with both content and data.
  • Experience using tools such as Klaviyo, Awin, Canva/Photoshop, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopify.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and manage partnerships.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to grow with the business.
