Visual Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Plan and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor store displays across branches nationwide to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and store operations teams for product launches, promotions, and seasonal themes.
  • Train and guide in-store staff and visual merchandisers on proper execution of displays.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual standards, customer flow, and product placement effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales performance in relation to visual displays and recommend adjustments to optimize sell-through.
  • Source and manage display materials, fixtures, mannequins, and props within budget.
  • Stay updated on fashion retail trends and competitor activities to keep visual merchandising fresh and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, mall guidelines, and health & safety regulations in all displays.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail aligned with current fashion trends.
  • Experience in managing nationwide store displays and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership and training skills for guiding visual merchandisers and store teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to link visual execution with sales performance.
  • Proficient in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Flexible to travel nationwide and work on extended hours during campaigns and store openings.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
