About the role

Are you passionate about creating visually stunning retail environments that captivate customers? TEVIANT' is seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in San Juan City Metro Manila. As a full-time Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualise and execute creative in-store displays, window dressings, and product arrangements that showcase our merchandise in the most visually appealing way
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all store locations
  • Maintain store visual standards and ensure that all displays are well-stocked, clean, and properly maintained
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve the visual impact and effectiveness of in-store displays
  • Train and provide guidance to store associates on best practices for visual merchandising
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to our retail spaces

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
  • A keen eye for design, an understanding of colour theory, and a strong aesthetic sensibility
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills to bring new concepts to life
  • Proficiency in using visual merchandising tools and software (e.g. CAD, Photoshop)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
