Job Description: Sales Associate

Location: Miratap Dexterton – Greenhills Mall

Position Overview

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience at Miratap Dexterton. This role is responsible for assisting clients in their purchasing journey, providing product knowledge, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining the company's brand image. The Sales Associate contributes directly to sales growth while upholding Dexterton's values of Wow Our Customer and Win Together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist, and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge of Miratap and Dexterton's full range of bathroom, kitchen, and home improvement solutions.
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store in line with company standards.
  • Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store head for replenishment.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in sales trainings, revalidas, and team development activities.
  • Contribute to building long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • At least College level (any business, marketing, or related course preferred).
  • Prior retail sales experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
