Merchandiser ( Baby Diapers)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Introduce and recommend diaper products to customers, answer their inquiries, and enhance brand awareness and sales.
• Encourage customers to try and purchase products, assisting stores in achieving sales targets.
• Support company promotional activities by implementing product trials, distributing giveaways, and applying discounts.
• Ensure that products are neatly displayed on shelves, maintain brand image, and replenish out-of-stock items.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays, price tags, and other point-of-sale materials for special offers and marketing campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and competitor information, and report it to the company to optimize sales strategies.
• Maintain good communication with store staff and supervisors to secure better product displays and promotional resources.
• Record daily sales performance and submit relevant reports regularly.
• Manage SKU inventory, monitor delivery and stock-in-stock-out processes, and provide weekly purchase order (PO) recommendations

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Male or Female
• With work experience in the Fast-moving consumer goods and diaper industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can do product display, sales and inventory reports
• Physically fit for lifting and carrying products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
