About the Role

Digital Presence Matters (DPM Marketing) is hiring
bilingual (English + Spanish) Dental Appointment Setters

to join our growing onsite teams in
Cebu City

and
Davao City (Davao del Sur)

.

You'll be handling inbound and outbound calls for dental practices across the
United States

, helping patients book consultations and maintain regular appointments.

This is a
full-time, onsite, contract-based role

that operates on
U.S. business hours (night shift in the Philippines).

Key Responsibilities

  • Make
    outbound calls

to prospective patients generated from online marketing campaigns.
- Handle
inbound inquiries

, schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments.
- Update CRM systems accurately after each call.
- Communicate fluently in
English and Spanish

, ensuring clear, friendly, and professional interactions
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs (contact rate, appointments booked, attendance).
- Collaborate with your supervisor and the marketing team to improve patient engagement strategies.
- Work in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

(verbal and written).
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in
appointment setting, call centers, or customer support

(U.S. healthcare or dental industry preferred).
- Comfortable working the
night shift (U.S. time zones)

- Organized, dependable, and motivated by performance goals.
- Resides near or willing to work onsite in
Cebu City

Davao City (Davao del Sur)
