First Source Solutions Limited, a leading global business process outsourcing provider, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Spanish Bi-Lingual Representatives to join our vibrant team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work for an established and rapidly growing company.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails in BOTH Spanish and English
  • Providing product and service information, as well as resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately and completely
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommending process improvements
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the Spanish-speaking market but not totally required - We are accepting FRESHERS in BPO Spanish Bi-lingual
  • At least HS Graduate or SHS Graduate with Documents Ready
