The main responsibilities of a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER include:
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex,Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to gather andunderstand requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architecturaldesigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and technical expertiseto ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and qualityguidelines.
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, utilizing RESTand SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and web services. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, andintegrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, identifyingopportunities to enhance and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers,and quality assurance analysts, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Assist in the deployment of Salesforce solutions, following change management processesand ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolvinguser-reported issues, bugs, and system errors.
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or equivalent certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Salesforce (Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud) solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
- Knowledge of tableau and field service lighting is desirable.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, version control, testing methodologies, and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is a plus.
- Must have experience in using JIRA and Atlassian tools.
