We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support the Business Development department in driving growth and expanding our client base. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for business development. The Business Development Associate will play a key role in assisting with lead generation, client interactions, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Support lead generation efforts by conducting initial outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and sales activity data.
  • Support preparation of proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and reports
  • Assist in follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and support deal closure.
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions.
  • Provide administrative support such as organizing sales documents, tracking key performance metrics, help with filing requests and requisitions in ATS.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, executive assistance, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales techniques (e.g., cold outreach, sourcing leads) or a strong willingness to learn is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends is an advantage but not required.
  • Amenable to travel for business meetings, if needed.
