Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pasig. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and policies, manage employee benefits and payroll, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Skills in training and development, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in HR strategy development and policy implementation
  • Proficiency in managing employee benefits and payroll
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a plus
