Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Pasig and BGC. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee engagement activities, monitoring and implementing approved Training programs, assisting in labor relations, and overseeing recruitment section. The role also involves working closely with management to support HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
