  • Position: Head of Sales – Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC)
  • Company Industry: Electronics Manufacturing
  • Work Location: Pasig City
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Shifting (as needed)
  • Salary: Php 250,000.00 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC or related industry
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in dealer/channel development and project sales
  • Strong understanding of CAC technologies and market dynamics

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead national sales strategy and execution for CAC products (CAC, VRF, Chillers)
  • Manage and expand dealer and project-based channels
  • Collaborate with HQ R&D and Product teams for development and localization
  • Oversee technical support, after-sales service, and training programs
  • Analyze market trends and drive segment-focused growth strategies
