About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Trade Head to lead and grow our general trade sales channel. This role is critical in driving revenue, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the general trade footprint.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of regional sales managers and field sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Ensure effective trade marketing and promotional activities to drive sell-in and sell-out.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the general trade channel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in general trade leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large teams.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the general trade landscape and distribution networks.
