
Sales Head Infrastructure

The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within the infrastructure market. This role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the government and private sectors, building strategic partnerships, managing high-value client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Sales Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Sales Quota Achievement: Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, ensuring their achievement through effective coaching and support.
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Customer Relationship Management: Oversee customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 5 year/s of experience in sales, preferably in the infrastructure field or related.
· Team leader handling sales team.
· Preferably Civil Engineering graduate.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience working as a Technical Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in Infrastructure sector or any related field.
· Strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment technologies and processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· A team player and requires minimal supervision.
· Detail-oriented.
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
· Customer focused, results driven and hardworking.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have a Valid Driver's License with Restrictions, preferably Restriction Codes 1 and 2.
· Must be willing to travel (as needed/required).
