Loans Product Unit Head – Salary Loan Sales

Location: Ropali Plaza, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing, strategic leader with strong experience in Salary Loan Sales to drive the growth, profitability, and sustainability of our Loan Products Unit. This role is ideal for candidates who have solid exposure in banks or financial institutions, and who are passionate about leading teams, developing products, and delivering results.

NOTE: Applications without relevant banking or financial services experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the end-to-end product life cycle of Salary Loans — strategy, execution, and performance.

· Ensure profitability and sustainability of the Salary Loan portfolio.

· Develop and enhance loan sales strategies and programs to grow the business.

· Monitor market trends and competitor products to drive innovation.

· Manage sales teams and partner relationships for business expansion.

· Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of solid experience in loan sales/product management, should be in Salary Loans.
  • Strong knowledge of retail lending operations and financial products – for SALARY LOANS.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
