Quantity Surveyor | (Estimating & AutoCAD)

  • Role: Quantity Surveyor
  • Company: Offshore Construction Team (AU, UK & NZ Companies)
  • Location: BGC, Taguig (Fully On-Site Role)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 7am -4pm or 8am - 5pm (Day Shift Only)

Please note: This role is based full-time on site in our BGC, Taguig office so please only apply if you can meet these requirements.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity to surveyor to join Lynk Global and support multiple construction clients across AU, UK and NZ. You will be offered huge exposure to international client with full training and onboarding to transition. Requirements will be to have experience with estimating and AutoCAD in construction companies, ideally building and fit outs however open to other areas. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of a growing team with long term growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
  • Using AutoCAD to interpret and measure drawings accurately
  • Conducting cost analysis and preparing progress reports
  • Supporting contract administration and project financial control
  • Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients to ensure commercial accuracy and value

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent understanding of estimating principles and construction drawings
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
