We are looking for a committed and competent professional who can work independently to join us for the following position.

MEP Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender contract requirements specific to MEP systems
  • Analyze scope of works and Bills of Quantity for mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes. Knowledge in structure cabling, security system and AV packages are plus points.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive BOQs for MEP components
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to validate specifications and quantities
  • Support procurement by evaluating supplier quotations and preparing cost comparisons
  • Assist in variation analysis, progress claims, and final account preparation

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or Equivalent
  • 3–5 years QS experience in MPF for mostly Interior Design jobs
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
  • Proficient in Planswift and excel or similar quantity take-off software
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes relevant to MPF
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience in MEP design or installation works is an advantage
