Ayala Land Group is looking for a Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for various projects.
  2. Conducts quantity take-offs based on design drawings and project specifications.
  3. Supports in the preparation and evaluation of project cost proposals and tender documents.
  4. Assists in monitoring project costs and verifying progress billings and variations.
  5. Coordinates with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with project requirements.
  6. Prepares reports, cost summaries, and documentation required for project management and cost control.
  7. Supports the implementation of company standards and procedures related to cost management and quantity surveying.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or related functions.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quantity take-off or estimating software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
