  • Quantity take-off of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works for both Horizontal and Vertical projects.
  • Cost estimation of CSA works and Bill of Quantities preparation
  • Ensures that details of all scope of works are covered and reflected in contract package's terms of reference
  • Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations
  • Review of CSA Plans prior quantity take-off and collaboration with Engineers and Architects to understand the project scope.
  • Reviews and validates actual accomplishment reports on contractor's billings
  • Lead a team of Quantity surveyors
  • Procurement of subcontract packages and materials including collating tender documentation and administering tenders
  • Responsible for the valuation of cost proposal, change orders, and extension of time claims.
  • Keeps an organized softcopy and hardcopy files relative to QS Department tasks and projects handled
  • Performs related duties and responsibilities, including meetings and carry out site visits as and when necessary
