
Part-Time EA: Leads Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Set appointments and manage calendars using Google Calendar and Calendly
- Manage and update CRM platforms (Hubspot, GoHighLevel, others)
- Prepare marketing collaterals and one-page summaries with graphics from spreadsheets
- Conduct market research and data analysis
- Provide customer service and handle live customer conversations
- Manage follow-up communications and document preparation
- Support administrative tasks including file and email management
- Utilize communication platforms such as Email, Whatsapp, and Text Messaging
- Participate in virtual meetings via Zoom and Google Meet
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create graphics using Canva and Photoshop
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and CRM management
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, GoHighLevel, and Hubspot
- Strong skills in calendar and email management
- Experience in customer service and live communication
- Ability to convert spreadsheets into visually appealing one-page summaries
- Skilled in market research, data analysis, and document preparation
- Familiarity with social media management (LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of information technology and process improvement
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open to learning and using new tools and applications as needed
- Must be amenable to work at night
- Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
- Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
