Are you experienced in managing projects with precision and passion, especially in the health and medical industry? We're looking for a Project Manager who will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) focused on health-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end project management—from planning to execution—ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.

- Develop and implement structured project plans with SMART metrics and clear deliverables.

- Oversee health-focused event activations, including manpower recruitment, operations planning, and client coordination.

- Supervise Project Supervisors, Local Coordinators, and Team Leaders by providing clear guidance and direction.

- Conduct on-site inspections within the first 3 days of activation to assess execution quality and identify improvements.

- Serve as a solutions provider, optimizing strategies to ensure successful and compliant health-related activations.

- Maintain accurate documentation: briefing decks, cost estimates, inventory reports, and post-event evaluations.

-Manage materials and inventory in coordination with warehouse teams and project personnel.

Qualifications:

- Preferably with experience as a Medical Representative or a strong background in the healthcare industry

-Proven experience in Project Management, Event Execution, or Marketing Activations

- Strong leadership, analytical, and resource management skills

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Willing to work on-site as required for project implementation
