Job description:
Expectations and Tasks
- Responsible for the recruitment process. (Posts job openings, reviews resumes, schedules interviews, screenings, etc.)
- Maintains all employee records and ensures documentation is updated and compliant with regulations
- Assists with onboarding and orientation for new employees including preparing paperwork and facilitating training sessions.
- Assists and reports to the HR Senior Officer.
- Assists employees with benefits enrollment such as HMO and company scholarship grants.
- Coordinates with benefits provider/s and resolves issues as needed.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Supports HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Work & Experience
Strong preference given to experience or high interest in recruiting.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have high organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Great time management skills with ability to prioritize work.
- Must have excellent computer literacy.
- Must be able to communicate well in English and Tagalog.
- Must be neat with good penmanship.
- Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
