Digital Ads Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or in any relevant field
• Has fundamental knowledge in running Ads (Meta, Google, Tiktok)
• Willing to be trained and mentored
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Passion for our industry
• Can work and collaborate with a team
• Willing to work 2x a week on-site (Kapitolyo, Pasig)

Bonus points if you have:

• At least 1 year experience working with Meta, Google and Tiktok Ads
• A portfolio showcasing your projects
• A creative eye/approach

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Implement campaign targeting options (demographics, interests, behaviors, etc.) to reach the desired audience.
• Set daily/monthly budgets and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., clicks, impressions, conversions, cost-per-click, return on ad spend).
• Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments (e.g., targeting, bidding, ad creatives).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Ad Copywriting:

• Write compelling and concise ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
• Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, GIFs) that capture attention.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports:
• Track and analyze campaign performance data.
• Generate reports that summarize key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Data Analysis:
• Use data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop actionable insights based on data analysis.

Other Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Client communication Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients.
• Collaborate with team and manager/s to ensure the execution of updated and effective strategies.
• Will be trained to professionally perform ad hoc tasks if the need arises.
