Expectations and Tasks

  • Responsible for the recruitment process. (Posts job openings, reviews resumes, schedules interviews, screenings, etc.)
  • Maintains all employee records and ensures documentation is updated and compliant with regulations
  • Assists with onboarding and orientation for new employees including preparing paperwork and facilitating training sessions.
  • Assists and reports to the HR Senior Officer.
  • Assists employees with benefits enrollment such as HMO and company scholarship grants.
  • Coordinates with benefits provider/s and resolves issues as needed.
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Supports HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Work & Experience

Strong preference given to experience or high interest in recruiting.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have high organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Great time management skills with ability to prioritize work.
  • Must have excellent computer literacy.
  • Must be able to communicate well in English and Tagalog.
  • Must be neat with good penmanship.
  • Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
