We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service and Parts Head to lead our service center operations and parts department. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader responsible for maximizing profitability, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all service and parts-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, automotive technology, or related courses.
  • At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role and customer relationship management.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or operational management, preferably within a related technical industry.
  • Demonstrated record of very good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the service and parts teams, setting performance goals, conducting regular training, and fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Drive a culture of superior customer service, managing customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the department's budget, control costs, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for both service labor and parts sales.
  • Inventory and Quality Control: Manage parts inventory accurately, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence. Oversee the quality of service work performed and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Sales and Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to promote service offerings and genuine parts. Develop and execute strategies to grow the service and parts business.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure accurate documentation of all service and parts transactions, work orders, and warranty claims. Utilize MS Office applications for reporting and analysis
