Purpose:

As Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing organizational or technical change initiatives as part of the change management strategy defined by the Change Manager.

You will be coordinating and executing activities on Training, Communication & Network by engaging stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring the successful implementation of change projects. You will act as the operational driver, ensuring that the change strategy is effectively delivered across the organization.

You will participate in transformation projects where you will be working closely with various stakeholders in Head Office (HO) and different GBS sites. In this role, you will be reporting to the Change Manager and the Change Expert.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the change strategy through actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Lead the day-to-day implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve change goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the change process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder concerns, escalating critical issues to the Change Expert.
  • Coordinate with the Communication teams the change vision, objectives, and benefits to employees and teams. Help with content creation.
  • Coordinate the training sessions or workshops with the L&D teams to support employees in adopting new processes and systems. Help with material creation.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to individuals and teams during the transition.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of change activities.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings, workshops for the network.

Qualifications:

  • Good experience in Project Management, teamwork, organisation, anticipation & autonomy
  • Experience working in shipping industry,
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with communication tools (SharePoint, Canva, Klaxoon, PowToon,…)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, network animation and interpersonal skills
  • Good writing skills including creativity & impacting content creation
  • Knowledge on educational methods and facilitation
  • Familiarity with Change methodology (PROSCI) and best practices
