We have a growing team of contractors working remotely in the Philippines.
WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a role that combines admissions support with general student services. A positive 'Can Do' attitude is essential, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Following up on course enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment
You'll be working with a diverse student cohort, so cultural awareness and patience are important. Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar admissions role will be highly regarded. Familiarity with CRICOS, Higher Education, or the Vocational sector in Australia is a plus, but not essential.
You should be confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities is key to success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound admissions calls
- Following up applications and guiding applicants/agents through the admissions processes
- Maintaining accurate records in the Student Management system
- Performing general administrative and admissions-related tasks as required
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Essential Criteria:
- Positive attitude and strong desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- Aptitude for being on the 'front line' of customer service with a strong customer focus;
- Clear, confident speaking voice;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Good written communication skills;
- A strong desire to help potential students with accurate information and advice;
- Confident user of email software, Microsoft Office programs and
- Able to carry out fast and accurate data entry.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
- Experience in a similar sales/customer service role;
- Experience in an admissions role;
- Vocational and/or Higher Education background.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Will be employed on a contract for service basis (40 hrs per week)
- Will need to work from home;
