Enrollment Advisor

About the role

The Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for connecting with prospective students who have expressed interest in the AI Career Accelerator or Career Booster programs, answering last-minute questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

You'll join a fast-moving, high-conversion environment where marketing has already generated demand. Your job is to close deals and ensure every lead feels personally supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, DMs, or scheduled consults with warm leads who've opted in via LinkedIn messaging, workshops, or email campaigns.
• Listen, ask clarifying questions, and help prospects overcome objections (price, time, value, fit).
• Follow up with engaged leads by email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.
• Update CRM (HubSpot/SBL) with call notes, outcomes, and next steps.
• Maintain a high-touch, empathetic tone consistent with the EU brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality and conversion insights.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Who You Are

• A confident communicator with consultative sales experience, ideally in education, coaching, or tech training programs.
• Skilled at building rapport quickly and guiding conversations to decision.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and adaptable to an international student audience.
• Comfortable handling warm inbound leads.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong follow-up habits — persistent without being pushy.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Admissions advisor, course closer, or edtech sales specialist (e.g., Udacity, General Assembly, Springboard).
• SaaS or B2B consultative sales with strong phone/video communication.
• Experienced Virtual Assistant with proven success in appointment setting or enrollment calls.
