COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

  • As a Compliance Specialist, you will ensure that the company's processes, procedures, and operations remain compliant with all legal, statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements. The role also involves maintaining internal quality standards, managing documentation, and supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure complete preparation for internal, external, and third-party audits
  • Assist in supplier accreditation processes
  • Support management in Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and practices
  • Monitor and maintain documentation for all GMP-related processes
  • Ensure all documents are complete, updated, and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with annual training requirements
  • Manage and safekeep all controlled documents under the Document Control Center
  • Facilitate Internal Quality Audits and assist during external audits
  • Support continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, FDA, HALAL, FSSC, and other statutory/customer requirements
  • Assist in deviation investigations and documentation
  • Support the implementation and awareness of the Quality and Food Safety Management System

Educational Requirements: (Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following)

  • BS Food Technology
  • BS Chemistry
  • BS Pharmacy
  • Any related course

Experience Requirements: (Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in any of the following areas)

  • Document review and control
  • Internal/external audits
  • Regulatory or standards compliance
  • Supplier accreditation
  • Document and change management
  • Deviation handling
  • Experience in industries such as veterinary medicine, food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals is an advantage

Skills Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Training certificates in IQA, QMS, ISO programs, FSSC, HACCP, FSCO, or other related programs are an advantage
