Auditing Organizational Compliance

Assist the Compliance Specialist in reviewing OSS SIDC Manage and OSS Franchising best practices to ensure that OSS standards are followed and implemented. Compliance Audit may occur annually or at other intervals and may include reviewing documentation and other records, as well as interviewing SIDC employees, Franchisee and Franchisee's employees. This also includes SIDC-managed and franchisees' merchandise inventory, FFE, building structure and implementation of SIDC quality procedures.

Resolve Compliance Issues

Identify what the OSS needs to do to come into compliance. In addition, a Compliance Staff is in-charged with creating a plan to implement any needed change.

Stay Abreast of Regulatory Changes

He or she must be updated to any new government related policies in store operations, permit requirements, local government policies and DTI policies.

Monitor SIDC compliance regulations

He or she is the champions of the following SIDC regulations

  1. 6s and CS norms
  2. Quality procedures for store operations
  3. Store operations work instruction
  4. Store Category Management
  5. Store Plan – o – gram
  6. Store Organizational structure

Qualifications:

Graduate of four-year business course

With experience in compliance audit or any related field

With strong communication skills and organizational skills

Familiar in business process of the assigned Business Group and capable in handling multiple responsibilities concerning compliance

Willing to do field work if necessary

With high level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
