
Business Development Manager

ABOUT THE JOB: The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding market presence, securing new business, and managing key client relationships from initial contact through project completion. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Business Development:
o Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids. o Negotiate contracts and close new deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Project Management & Coordination: - Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial design and measurement to installation and final handover.
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
● Technical Expertise: o Conduct on-site measurements for project estimation and design purposes.
o Advise clients on the best glass and aluminum solutions, considering technical specifications, material properties, and design aesthetics.
o Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
o Use knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software to assist in project planning and visualization.
● Market Analysis: o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
o Provide feedback to the management team to help shape product offerings and business strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
