We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager who will help drive business growth for our service provider company specializing in embassy/consular liaison and visa documentation services (including apostilles and other authentication). The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, familiarity with service‐oriented offerings (rather than purely product sales), and established connections or ability to build networks within embassy/consular and governmental documentation channels.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate/institutional clients (e.g., corporations, law firms, relocation agencies, HR outsourcing firms) who require embassy/visa document processing and related services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account onboarding.
- Present and sell the company's service portfolio—apostille services, document authentication, visa‐related processing, embassy/consular coordination—in a compelling, consultative manner.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
- Leverage or build connections within relevant embassies, consulates, diplomatic missions, governmental agencies and third-party service providers to facilitate documentation, authentication and processing services.
- Develop targeted proposals/presentations tailored to client needs and demonstrate value: speed, reliability, compliance, risk mitigation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal/compliance, account management and documentation teams to ensure service commitments are delivered and client satisfaction is maintained.
- Track and forecast sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (within visa, consular, apostille/documentation services) and communicate implications for our offerings.
Attend networking events, industry gatherings or embassy/consular related forums to build visibility and relationships.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in a service-provider company (rather than pure product sales).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills, ability to articulate value of services, negotiate contracts and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience or proven ability to work with diplomatic/embassy/consular channels, or visa/documentation service processes (apostille, authentication, certification) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Self‐motivated, target-driven, comfortable operating with initiative in an environment where complex service processes must be managed.
- Knowledge of visa processes, consular document workflows, authentication/apostille conventions is a strong asset.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, documentation runs or embassy/consular liaison as required.
