We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager (Corporate Sales) with extensive experience in outbound sales calls, client presentation, and lead generation for a WEB DEVELOPMENT & DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANY. The candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Candidates must also be able to self-organize, work well in a team environment, and meet strict quotas and targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations departments to align client acquisition efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and lead generation management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of website and digital marketing trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine market and clientele is an advantage.
  • Highly driven, analytical, and results-focused.
