LH Paragon, Inc. is currently looking for a Paralegal Properties Officer who will provide essential administrative and legal support to the Legal and Compliance Department, handling daily operational tasks and assisting in legal processes. This position reports directly to the Legal Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain an effective filing system, regularly update document databases, and ensure efficient retrieval of files.
  • Assist the Legal Director for transactions with various private and government agencies on matters relating to the projects and assignments of the Legal Department, including documents needed for business permit renewals and the timely payments of real property taxes. Includes coordination with the different Departments and affiliates for the execution and/or completion of legal documents.
  • Prepare and track payment requests for legal department expenses, monitor processing status, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the department Paralegal on compliance tracking and oversee general administrative functions such as document printing, filing, scanning, and supply monitoring. Support other administrative and legal tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work onsite at Oakridge Business Park (OBP), Mandaue, Cebu.
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a paralegal or legal support role, preferably with a background in property law, real estate transactions, or property development. Licensed real estate brokers or recent bar passers are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must be open to fieldwork and engaging with external agencies or partners.
