Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
  • Help ensure that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards.
  • Support the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report any concerns for action.
  • Coordinate with engineering, housekeeping, security, and other departments for efficient operations.
  • Address tenant concerns and ensure timely response to service requests.
  • Monitor property-related expenses and assist in preparing operational reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality work.
  • Support the enforcement of safety and building regulations.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance property maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or facilities operations.
  • Familiar with building maintenance procedures and vendor coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and other software such as ERP and MS Office.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with different departments to support efficient property operations.
  • Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and related government regulations.
