Documentation and Paralegal Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise real estate documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, deeds, mortgages, and title documents.
- Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify and resolve title issues, including liens, encumbrances, and easements.
- Perform due diligence for real estate transactions, including reviewing corporate documents, leases, and other property-related agreements.
- Research and analyze property records, including zoning laws, environmental reports, and tax assessments.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Laws or Political Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property documentation in a paralegal office, law firm or a real estate company.
- Has knowledge in property acquisition, and its applicable laws and compliances, terminology, and procedures.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can write legal documents and communication.
