Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall management and operation of the property. Ensures smooth day-to-day activities, tenant satisfaction, and efficient coordination among all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building operations, maintenance, and administration.
- Supervise staff including engineers, admin, and accounting officers.
- Ensure compliance with property policies, contracts, and government regulations.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
- Handle client relations, resident concerns, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire safety).
2. Building Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of property operations including preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of building systems.
- Supervise contractors and technicians for repair and maintenance works.
- Prepare engineering reports and ensure equipment efficiency.
- Assist the Property Manager in ensuring safety and compliance of facilities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Experience in FDAS, HVAC, pumps, generators, and other building systems is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of related experience in property or facilities management.
- Proficient in maintenance planning and troubleshooting.
3. Admin Officer
Job Summary:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documents, correspondences, and reports.
- Handle scheduling, procurement, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist in HR-related coordination and other property admin tasks.
- Support the Property Manager and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
4. Accounting Officer
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance related to property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and reports.
- Process disbursements, billing, and collection monitoring.
- Assist in budgeting and monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related course.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
5. Collection Officer
Job Summary:
Responsible for collection of dues, monitoring payments, and maintaining accurate financial records related to unit owners or tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up payments and ensure collection efficiency.
- Issue receipts and update the collection monitoring system.
- Coordinate with Accounting for billing and reconciliation.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients regarding payments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in collections or billing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented.
