
Property Titling and Documentation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares and complies important documents for submission to different government agencies.
- Transacts and processes:
a. Transfer of Titles at Register of Deeds
b. Transfer Tax, Tax Receipts and Tax Clearances, and
c. Certificate Authorizing Registration at the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
d. Transfer of Tax Declarations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor´s/College Degree on any Business Course
- Knows the process legal property documentation such as transfers, permits and licensing
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and etc.)
- Experience as Liaison in law or accounting firms, an advantage
