The Transfer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire heat transfer and sublimation process within the production line to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in applying designs or logos onto sportswear garments. The role supervises a team of transfer operators and helpers, ensures compliance with production schedules, maintains machinery and materials, and upholds the company's standards of product quality, workplace safety, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as Supervisor

  • At least College level

  • Knowledgeable in basic computer

  • At least 5'2" in height

  • Work location: To be assigned to a sportswear company based in Dasmariñas, Cavite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
